Volunteers are the lifeblood of SPAH. Without you the work would not get done. Give as much time as you can. We have opportunities for All Day, Morning, Afternoon, and Evening. To help make 2009 a great convetion, you need to sign up on-line or by downloading the convention packet and mailing your registration. Then fill out the volunteer form included in the convention packet. Nuts and Bolts After checking into the hotel, look for the SPAH table. Anyone volunteering will need to visit the SPAH table to verify your contact information is correct. We will have information about where the volunteers are needed, such as: registration table, SPAH information table, ushers, seminar assistants, raffle and convention store helpers, just to name a few. Volunteers need to check daily at the SPAH table. A list of all the volunteers and their contact information will be kept at the SPAH table. Assisting SPAH as a volunteer during theconvention is a very important part of contributing to SPAH and is appreciated. |
