Hotel Reservations, Cancellation, Parking

Booking Hotel Reservations at the SPAH rate expired on  July 21, 2026.  The The Hotel may still have rooms at their standard rates for the Convention, August 11th to 16th, subject to availability. (The SPAH group rate was $140 per room night plus taxes for one or two beds)

Complimentary parking is available for SPAH registered overnight guest in both garage and surface lots.

ADA-compliant guest rooms are available. For more information, please contact the hotel directly. Refrigerators are provided in all rooms.
Guests needing to change, alter or cancel their reservation must contact the hotel at least 48 hours before 6:00 PM on the arrival date to avoid a penalty, unless the change is caused by bona fide travel delays.

Payment Authorization/Deposit

Individual reservations must be guaranteed for late arrival with a credit card. Upon arrival, guests preferring to use cash to settle their account will be offered a reasonable deposit alternative.

Airport Shuttle and Transportation

Complementary Airport Shuttle daily (including weekends) every 1/2 hour between 6:00 AM and 11:00PM. Hotel: (314) 878-1500. Buses and Taxis are also available for the 8-mile trip.

Smoking Policy

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor smoking area.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed with a $75 USD non-refundable fee per stay and a signed pet waiver. Contact the hotel for details.

Dining

The Lucerne Restaurant features family-friendly cuisine for breakfast (incl. buffet) and lunch. Full dinner service is available through the bar. Enjoy the freshest ingredients that St. Louis has to offer accompanied by impeccable service. The comfortable setting of the Lucerne Lounge, located on the lobby floor, is the perfect place to gather with friends. Coffee service is available in the lobby daily. No room service is available since Covid. Healthy grab-and-go alternative lunch options will be available for SPAH members each day on a cash basis. The Hotel is located in St. Louis’ famous Westport Plaza. The Plaza provides easy access to a variety of restaurants offering everything from fast food to elegant dining.

Pool & Fitness

Access is available to an outdoor swimming pool, as well as free weights.
